bet177 FAQ — Bonus, VIP, Withdrawal and Casino Games
Whether you are a new or regular player at bet177, this page brings together detailed answers to the questions you may have about bonus terms, VIP cashback, the withdrawal process, and casino games. Browse the sections below to find the information you need.
Bonus Terms
From bet177's welcome bonus to completing wagering — this section explains all the important conditions related to bonuses. Joining bet177 VIP also gives you the chance to receive special rewards.
Yes, bet177's 100% welcome bonus is available only once per player account — at the time of the first deposit. If someone tries to claim the bonus by opening multiple accounts from the same device, the same mobile number, or the same payment method, that will be considered a violation of the bonus terms. So it is best to play fairly with a single account.
The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of ৳1,000, your balance becomes ৳2,000; the wagering requirement will then be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. That means you need to place a total of ৳25,000 in bets on bet177 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Every bet you place counts toward this target.
bet177 bonuses must be used within a set time limit. Once that time limit passes, the expired bonus is automatically cancelled and any winnings earned from it cannot be withdrawn. It is therefore a good idea to focus on completing the wagering requirement as soon as you activate a bonus. To find out the exact validity period, check the Terms and Conditions page.
Not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement. Slot games generally count in full, but live casino table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, or Teen Patti may count at a different rate. For accurate information, ask bet177's live chat support and they will give you specific details about each game.
To receive the weekly bet177 reload bonus, you need to deposit a minimum of ৳500 on any day of the week. This bonus gives you up to 30% of your deposit, with a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and a 20× wagering requirement. Example: a deposit of ৳2,000 earns a ৳600 bonus, with wagering of ৳600 × 20 = ৳12,000. This bonus can be claimed once per week.
No, the welcome bonus has a maximum cap. The 100% bonus goes up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: a deposit of ৳10,200 gives a bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,200 and the wagering requirement ৳5,000 × 25 = ৳1,25,000. Depositing more than that will not push the bonus above ৳5,000.
VIP Program
bet177's VIP program has four tiers — each with a different weekly cashback rate. For full details, visit the bet177 VIP page.
The bet177 VIP program has four tiers in total. The Bronze tier offers a weekly maximum cashback of 0.4%, Silver offers up to 0.8%, Gold offers up to 1.1%, and the highest tier, Platinum, offers up to 1.5% cashback. Each tier is determined based on regular active play.
The weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week — meaning the cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the difference between total losses and total winnings. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. It is not based on deposits directly.
Playing regularly and actively on bet177 gradually moves you up to higher VIP tiers. Consistent play and staying active on the platform for longer increases the chance of a tier upgrade. You can check your current VIP progress from your account, and the support team can assist if needed.
In addition to weekly cashback, VIP members receive special promotions and personalised offers. Higher-tier members may also receive priority support and invitations to special events. VIP members can also take part in the Birthday Reward (maximum ৳1,500, 15× wagering) and the Refer a Friend Reward (maximum ৳2,000).
bet177's VIP tiers depend on active play. If you remain inactive for an extended period, your tier may be reviewed. Playing regularly helps you maintain your current tier and creates the opportunity to move higher. For specific questions about tiers, contact bet177 live chat support.

However, it may be possible to withdraw your own deposit portion while wagering is still in progress — contact support to confirm.

Casino and Table Games
Roulette, live dealer games, Teen Patti, or Andar Bahar — reading the questions below before playing these games at bet177 Casino will make it easier to get started.
In Roulette, a ball is released onto a spinning wheel. Players place bets on a number, a colour (red/black), or a group of numbers. European Roulette has 37 slots including the number 0; American Roulette has 38 slots with an additional 00. The zero pocket slightly increases the likelihood of an outcome in the casino's favour. Several Roulette variants are available on bet177.
In live casino games, a real dealer deals cards or spins a wheel via live video from a studio. Players can join in real time from home. Well-known studios such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi supply games to bet177's live casino. It is the closest experience to a casino that is available online.
Yes, bet177's live casino runs well on mobile browsers and on the Android and iOS apps. With a stable internet connection, the live video plays smoothly. The best experience is on a 4G or Wi-Fi connection. To learn more about the app, visit the bet177 App page.
Teen Patti is essentially a three-card game where having the highest card combination (Trio, Straight Run, Pair, etc.) helps you win. While luck plays a big part, experience comes into play when deciding when to bet or fold. On bet177 you can play JILI's Teen Patti 20-20 and TeenPatti Joker.
Andar Bahar is a fast and simple card game. The dealer reveals a joker card, then places cards one by one alternately on two sides: Andar (left) and Bahar (right). Players must bet in advance on which side — Andar or Bahar — will first receive a card matching the joker. It is a guessing game and the result is entirely random.
Baccarat is a straightforward game — you essentially bet on one of three outcomes: the Player wins, the Banker wins, or it is a Tie. The dealer deals cards to both sides and the side whose points are closest to 9 wins. The rules are applied by the dealer, so players do not need to make complex decisions. Baccarat is available on bet177 in both live and online formats.
